Doctor Visit
I survived the Dr. appt for little miss with all four kids in tow. She is doing fine. I wasn't concerned and don't know why they didn't wait until 2 weeks to see her but oh well. She is past her birth weight. Weighed in at 10 lbs 2 oz. Considering yesterday when the midwife came she was 9 lbs 13 oz I would say she is getting enough food :o) Should be as she eats every two hours. That is all for now!

The Pink
Brian headed out on Saturday with the two older boys.
They put down crab pots and did some fishing.
Brian caught a pink and 4 crabs.
Sadly, the big motor is giving us problems and we have decided to put the boat away and start saving to replace the motor before next season.
So, on the last trip of the season Brian got his first salmon of the season.
The boys were really pleased.

Pretty Grace
Peyton tells me Pretty Grace.
It is weird seeing a child of mine in pink and dresses.
Why you ask, because I think she looks like Casey did.
All the boys looked very similar at this age and she is no exception!
The newest addition to our Motley Crew
This is what you get with 6 kids, 2 cameras and 2 adults
I think this one does the best job of capturing the kiddos true personality.
Michael~5 The serious little man who is to cool for pics lately
Casey~4 the goof ball
Isa~3 the other goof ball. You are in for trouble when Isa and Casey get together
Peyton~2 Loveable go with the flow kind of guy. Loves to have his pic taken
Kai~1 Loveable and go with the flow but I learned yesterday not to get in his way. He can throw a fit :o)
Grace~ 1 day she just likes to sleep and eat.
Thank you Auntie, Uncle Mark, Isa and Kai for coming over and visiting yesterday. We are so happy that you were able to come and meet baby Grace. Wouldn't you know that 5 minutes after you left I realized I forgot to send the shorts and the very important Gift Card home with you. Make a note somewhere and I will do the same. Hopefully one of us will remember :o)

update
Baby is fine, I am fine. Little one is happily baking :o) If not here by the weekend will try homeopathics. If not here by Monday I have the option to take Castor Oil (again, yuckie pooey). Hoping she comes soon as I was up every two hours last night and everytime I rolled over I had an awful contraction. I would take a tylenol but when I did last weekend to help me sleep all my contractions stopped for a couple days and I am not willing to prolong her arrival any longer.
Currently.....
there are only 3 children sleeping in my house and ONLY 3 children in my house. All boys. No Girl yet. But you never know. Hoping she comes soon as I don't want to know what my induction choices are if she doesn't come soon. I will keep you all posted.

Ugh!!
I have been having irregular contractions since Sunday. Yesterday I had had enough of it!!! Since I was dilated to 3 and 50% effaced I figured that my chances of Castor Oil working were pretty good. I called my midwife and gave her the heads up. No effect what so ever!!! Which is good and bad. I did start having more intense contractions and more consistently having 5-6 an hour. I had none of the effects of the Castor Oil which was great b/c with Peyton I had them all :o(
So Cindy took the boys all night, just in case you know. We met with the midwife at the Birth Center at 8 just to see if anything was going on and it was working like it should. NOTHING!!! NO CHANGE!!! So disappointing.
I got sent home with orders to take a warm bath and some Tylenol PM so that I could get a goodnights sleep. I laid in bed for two hours with horrible contractions every 5 min....They must have started spreading out because I fell asleep and didn't wake until 8 this morning.
This little one is stubborn. Now it is just wait and see b/c I don't think I can drink another ounce of that awful stuff!!!

Baby
Baby is doing fine
Great position (optimal) for birth. Head down and back on the left. Which is odd because she is usually hanging out on the right side.
The contractions I have been having for the last 4 days are doing something. 3 cm dilated!!!
My blood pressure is great!!!
Which is odd b/c usually it is borderline to high
Thanks to the Auntie for watching the boys. Although, poor Peyton got his first bee sting while playing with his cousins. Little man didn't shed a tear and went on to try and kill all the bees :o) That's my boy.
Hopefully this little girl will come out soon. Although Nicole is hoping she waits until next Wednesday.
Midwife thinks she will be in the 8 lb range. In my opinion, the longer she is in there the bigger she is going to get. I hope she comes out soon!!!

Deal of the Day!!!
I have been looking at dresser for the new babe for about 6 months now. Since I hadn't been able to find one that I wanted to spend the money on (think 250 plus) I gave up. While Daddy took the big boys fishing Peyton and I headed to Auntie's to visit with his cousins. After a little playtime we went to go wander around Target. We went there to find a new alarm clock for Daddy. I saw this dresser in the clearance section for half off and couldn't believe it. I walked away and waited for my husband to come home. Once he came home I told him about the dresser and if it was still there I would like to buy it. He agreed to it. I couldn't believe it. Our bedroom has been overtaken by furniture but that is alright. At least I don't have to share my dresser with the new babe anymore and have a place to put my clothes once again!!!

Update!
Due to some events that took place on Friday afternoon I had a quick appointment with the midwife on Saturday afternoon. While there we did a retest of the Group B Strep, to see if it went away. I got the call today that the test came back negative this time and we don't have to do antibiotics during labor. I am thrilled with the news.
No worries on the baby side of things. Everything was fine on Saturday and the worry turned out to be a blessing b/c we were able to retest!!
