10 months
My how the time flies. Hard to believe that this little one is 10 months old. I found the shirt he is wearing while we were out running errands today. I just had to get it because it describes this little man perfectly. On the bottom it says Mr. Happy. That has pretty much been Peyton since birth. He only cries if he is hungry or has a poopy diaper that needs to be change. I don't blame him for crying at those times.
This is the picture that says it all.
Peyton started crawling two weeks ago and this is the footage that I have been able to get. No time to relax in this house anymore. And he has finally started to feed himself, one fistful at a time :o)

What I've Been Up To
This is what I have been up to. Go to www.etsy.com search for Benderfamily in sellers names and hit search. Then click on benderfamily and it will take you to my shop. I have been sewing some stuff and listing it in the hopes that it might sell. If it doesn't, then no big deal. But if you know of anybody that might be interested send them that way.
Thanks

To Our Friends
Karis and Esther
We miss you guys a lot but hope that you are having a lot of fun and making lots of new friends. I (Michael) wanted to share with you my favorite photo. I keep reminding Mommy that it is my favorite. Remember when you came over and my daddy helped us look for worms??
Our puppies are doing very well. Kona is just as big as Daisy. They like to play ball with us and run around the yard.
We have been helping daddy do lots of work around the house. Mommy has been helping us learn our letter sounds and how they make words. Michael is getting really good and trying to spell words, his favorie ones to spell are Mom, Dad, and boy. Casey likes to run around and just be a boy. Getting dirty is his favorite thing right now. Peyton is crawling and keeping mommy on her toes.
Love your friends

Peyton Update
Yippee, it worked. Thanks to all the avocados I am sure. Peyton is back up above 17 lbs. He weighed in (at the WIC office) at 17.4 lbs today. Up a pound from last month. He is 27.5 inches. Head circumference is 18 2/8 inc. For height he is in the 10-25%, weight 5%, HC is 75%, and the weight to length is 25%. He is back on track for where he had been. Lets just hope we can keep packing on the pounds, all he wants to do lately is scoot and crawl all over the place. We will go into the lab tomorrow or Friday to get his iron levels tested again so that we can find out if he is anemic. I will update when I know the results from that.

Cousins
We had a lot of fun with Isa today. I was told about every 10 min or so that Pey Pey is a baby. She would rub his back and cover him up with his "oley blankie". I was also told by Casey that I am not auntie I am mommy. Isa loves to run around with the boys and she will be a good helper when her brother comes in May. Although she has already decided that Pey Pey is her baby.

Moving Forward
I found out what will get Peyton to move forward. The remote. He loves the remote and will go forward just to get at it. This is what we call the "Frog"

Beautiful Day
Saturday turned out to be a beautiful day. We had a 70% chance of rain and only saw a little bit in the early evening. Since it was so sunny, we decided to take the boys to the Lynden City Park. They really enjoyed themselves. They have two areas, one for two to five year olds and another for five and up. The boys can go in both but the older kids are so rude that they seem to have more fun with the little kids.
Maybe next time I can get them to go on the really big covered swirly slide :o) They both told me that they were to little.
Casey's favorite slide (in big kid area)
Michael enjoyed walking on this
