Hopefully Michael and Casey will like it as much as the Peyton does !!! Brian did some work for them awhile back and they have repaid us greatly for his help. We have a swingset and tree fort and now the playhouse. They even paid Brian for his labor. Now Brian just has to go over and build a playhouse for them.

The New Toy
One of Brian's coworkers was driving past a garage sale and grabbed this house for the kids. It was very sweet of them to think of us and get it for the boys (and the little girl to play with eventually). Brian went and picked it up yesterday and I cleaned it off today. Peyton likes to go into the house and say bye or hi. They were even kind enough to put a brand new door handle on it. They are very kind people. They have also added to our little girl's clothes by the boxes. His wife is on the clothing drive for their church and has been sending stuff ( a lot) our way.

7 Weeks...
As of tomorrow there are only 7 weeks left until my due date. If little girl follows the trend set forth by her brothers it will be during the week of the fair that she decides to make her appearance. That would put her right around a week past her due date.
Michael's due date was 1/28 and he was born 2/8
Casey's was 1/1 but I took Castor oil on 12/30 (it worked :o) and he was born 12/31
Peyton's was 5/17 and he came on 5/24
While my hope is that she would come on time or even a little early I am not going to hold my breath. It looks as though we will not be going to the fair this year. Which is sad because I think Peyton would really love going this year. Seeing as he has sparked quite an interest in all kind of animals.
No pictures today. I have not pulled the camera out for awhile now. I will work on being better at getting it out. Hard to do when I would really love a new faster camera. One of these days.
In some other news. Brian and I are going to become Independent Business Owners with the Amway Corporation. So if you are interested in purchasing some great products and saving some money let us know. We are going with the website, so once that is set up I will let you know.

All set
Our bags are packed and we are ready to go. House is picked up. Next week work is waiting for me when I return. Hubby's lunch stuff is set out on top of the microwave for easy packing in the mornings. Dog food is stocked and tonight all the vehicles will be filled. I think I am ready.
Flight plans are printed and ID's are packed. Meeting husband at a bank to get a notarized letter so that our oldest can go across the border with his Grandparents.
I am thrilled to get to see my Casey tomorrow. I am not so sure that I will be so welcomed on his end. He doesn't want to come home and doesn't seem to miss us.
Too bad. That boy doesn't have a choice about coming home with me on Wed!!!!
Today Bellingham, tomorrow Vegas!!

Etsy
I love to browse the Etsy website and look at all the creative items that people are selling. I would love to have this hat for our sweet little girl. I saw it picutred on a child and loved the photo and thought how cut it would be to get a picture of little girl with nothing but the hat on. It would be adorable :o)

The New Car
Fully loaded.
The dealer is paying off our two car loans. The van has sat in the garage for the last month because it needed work. We have been making the payments on it and it has full coverage and we weren't even driving it. So we thought we would see if the dealer could work with us. I guess it does pay to have friends in the car business. Kevin was awesome and has been helping us for the past three days to secure financing and get us into something that would get us out of negative equity. Luckily the dealer was so low into this and it has a fairly high retail we were able to do. We are back down to one car payment and 2 cars :o) Once we sell the beater truck that is. Anyone want to be an '87 F150??

It all works out
This week had gotten off to a good start. Sunday we learned that a friend had gone back into the car salesman position with dewey griffin. We had told him that we really wanted to get down to just one payment and that we had negative equity on our current loans. He told us that they had a few cars that they were low into but had a high retail. We found the one we wanted and the insurance is only $10 more a month than the kia and we would be losing the van insurance. Yesterday it looked like we wouldn't be able to get financing but I called our very small Credit Union and after getting creative we found a solution. Yipee. We are going to go test drive it tonight (didn't want to test drive before securing financing). Monday the day took a slight turn for the worse. I was unable to deposit into our main account. UGH!!! Monday night I opened a new account online. Was approved for new account yesterday. Checked balance on original account today and saw that two of my transactions had been repeated. Called bank. They are aware of the problem and working to resolve it. I was relieved.
So tonight we are meeting our friend at the dealer to test drive a car and hopefully get down to owning only two cars having no negative equity and only full coverage on one vehicle.
Oh yeah, the Kia quit running yesterday. Good thing it is still under factory warranty and we had purchased the extended warranty. It was a mass air flow sensor. A part covered under warranty and it should be fixed in time to go hand it over to Dewey tomorrow. I think we finally have all of our ducks in the row and this is one of the best experiences we have had with a dealership. It doees pay to have friends in the business :o)

It's Hot out there
Let me just tell you one thing. I am glad that I took off about 10inches of hair a week ago. I don't know what I would have done in this heat with all that hair. :o) As of tomorrow I only have about 10 weeks left until we get to meet little girl :o) Hopefully it won't get to hot here. I am not enjoying the 80 degree heat. And to think, I will be in Vegas in two weeks. Luckily Mom and Dad have AC in the house and a kiddie pool on the patio. Not to mention all the great water parks in Vegas.
